The value of CntX comes from the complete workflow. Solo therefore gives you access to the core product with lower usage limits. Higher plans increase capacity, automation and collaboration.
Up to three Pro members can work in the same account. Each member subscribes to Pro individually while sharing the same working environment. With Business, billing becomes centralized at company level.
A contributor is an email address connected to a workspace, not a CntX user. Their messages can feed Voice of Field without giving them platform access. Solo includes 3 per workspace, Pro 10, and Business unlimited contributors. Additional contributors cost €2/month each, with no annual discount.
Agency includes three managed client accounts with Pro features and quotas. Additional managed accounts are available on demand. Delegated clients keep their own CntX plan, quotas and billing.
Yes. You can move to a higher or lower plan from your billing settings. Monthly plan changes apply at the next billing cycle. Annual plans keep their 12-month commitment.
You commit for 12 months and are billed monthly. The annual plan gives you 12 months for the price of 10.
