Overview

CntX separates product access (plans and features) from company tenancy. Billing is attached to the company, while workspaces inherit the company’s subscription entitlements.

What you will see in Settings

• Current plan and trial status
• Seat usage for platform contributors
• Stripe-managed invoices and payment method updates
• Upgrade / manage subscription actions when available

Plans at a glance

• Plus / Pro — individual or small-team user subscriptions
• Business — company subscription with multi-workspace capacity
• Agency — manage delegated client companies under one operating model

Billing rules to remember

1. Email-only contributors are not billed as platform seats.
2. Platform contributors (role CONTRIBUTOR with login) count toward seats.
3. Changing plan does not wipe company context, calendars, or content items.
4. Trial limits still allow onboarding; generation or seat limits may appear before upgrade.
